A Succcess! Soft Opening of Ziindi’s Gallery – 1Spot: Highlights
Thank you to everyone who joined us for 1Spot Gallery’s soft opening last First Friday, December 7th!
Featuring recent works of Ziindi artist Damian Jim (www.damianjim.com), viewers experienced a plethora of 2D (some 3D) paintings and drawings, as well as cards and prints. The positive feedback was great, and it was wonderful to welcome Ziindi artists Thomas Greyeyes (greyeyesart.tumblr.com), Averian Chee, Roshan Spottsville (facebook.com/photographybyroshan) into the space.
1Spot Gallery’s mission is to promote and showcase indigenous artwork from the region including Ziindi artists and other indigenous artists. 1Spot will feature 2D and 3D work, cards and prints, as well as printed Ziindi Indigenous Art Zines, apparel, and accessories.
Join us this Third Friday of December, Friday the 21st, from 6:00 pm – 10:00 pm to see Damian Jim’s work.
